At FirstFeature.one, the team believes that for years, the startup industry has too readily accepted the statistic that 90% of tech startups fail. The data shows the root case behind why startups fail is because they build before proving customers will pay. So we set out on a mission to solve this.

FirstFeature.one gives founders a fast and low cost route to their first dollar of revenue, so their idea is proven by paying customers.
Our content, training and tools make this a repeatable process. The core is the First Feature method: start with a minimal viable proposition, deeply define the customer and then identify the first killer feature required to trigger a purchase.
The supporting features give you the practical steps: structured tests and scripts, channel selection and messaging guidance, ruthless prioritisation to stop unnecessary build, time-to-first-dollar planning, and simple scorecards to track what is working.
/ The Team
Over the past 30 years, our team has founded and launched Currencycloud, Railsbank, Albert and Evolution. We have also served as lead mentors at accelerators such as Techstars and Startup Bootcamp; advised hundreds of founders; and taught launching startups at business school.
This unique lived experience is codified into the FirstFeature.one product and presented as easily executed and measurable chunks of work. We are an antidote to the hype, get rich quick videos, generic theory or “vibe code an MVP and hope”.
